DAVID

TALHA

David started his health and fitness journey very young. Training for over 12 years in Karate to obtained a 1st Dan black belt, which he achieved through the tuition of Sam Greco, world champion Karate and Kickboxer. He went on to work at Sam Greco’s martial arts studio and had the opportunity to train with Team Greco, where he fought for the Australian Full Contact Karate title in Sydney.

With a thirst for knowledge in strength, conditioning and fitness training methodologies David studied Anatomy and Physiology and progressed to become a qualified Personal Trainer. After moving to London he began working at the BBC’s corporate health and wellness centres, progressing into management. He progressed to work at Lords Cricket Ground, managing the fitness facility and working with the young Marylebone Cricket Club. Performing their annual fitness testing, and planning their strength and conditioning programs. Working with players such as Darren Sammy – who went on to be West Indies captain. During this time David was managing month long health and wellbeing seminars at London Business School for international senior executives.

He has also worked with Ferne Park Polo Team as their sports therapist, attending all the games as support for the team and was present when they won the Windsor Cup trophy.

David has been working at the headquarters of the Daily Mail for over 20 years. Over the past 10 years when Talha Life Fitness was born he has had the contract to manage the fitness facilities. Being a pivotal part in expanding the usage of The Gym. Design, development of the upgrade of The Gym facility. Introducing a structured introduction to fitness training  for all members. With the support of DMG has a designed and developed Personal training studio for the Senior staff of DMG. He has been a support to the business with in Northcliffe house.

David believes that continual education is the key to being able to be his best and give the best possible services to his clientele. Since completing his Personal Training diploma he has gone on to travel Europe, U.S.A & Canada to train with experts such as Paul Chek in corrective exercise analysis and proscription, studied Holistic Lifestyle and Coaching. Training with Charles Poliquin in Strength and Conditioning and BioSignature – hormonal profiling.  He has also qualified as Level 5 Sports Massage and treatment of Sports Injuries. Nutritional Coach through Precision Nutrition. Yoga instructor to name a few of his favourites.

Andrew

Herring

With a background in professional football, Andrew’s passion for fitness started from a young age. When Andrew suffered a career-threatening football injury,  he decided to turn his fitness passion into his profession and has loved every minute of helping change people’s lives through health and fitness. Andrew specializes in strength and conditioning, gym confidence, and body transformations. Andrew is a big believer that a strong mindset is the key to pushing the body to it’s maximum potential. Andrew cares deeply about the service his clients receive and there’s nothing of more valuable to him than his clients finishing a session happy, confident, and feeling like they have achieved something brilliant. Caroline

Ings-chambers

Caroline initially came into the health and fitness industry as a Yoga teacher. She was inspired to train to teach Yoga after recovering from clinically diagnosed chronic fatigue syndrome through a Yoga practice. Caroline has numerous academic and fitness qualifications, including as a Pilates teacher and is for training disabled clients. She has wide experience of teaching Yoga, Pilates and health related fitness in health clubs, adult education, and in community outreach schemes.

Caroline’s work in movement carries a strong emphasis on spinal health, integrated holistic movement, core strength and breathing. Her work in Yoga is about facilitating others to open and develop physically, mentally and spiritually. As a Pilates teacher, she guides clients towards building patterns of fluid connected movement and all round connected strength to improve quality of movement in the activities of daily life, dance and athletic activities.
